  • Couples therapy

    Couples therapy or relationship counselling is for any two people who want to improve their relationship. You don’t have to be married, or even in an intimate relationship. I work with the full range of relationship, sexual and gender diversity.

    Couples therapy can help with:

    • parenting

    • infidelity

    • escalating arguments

    • financial disagreements

  • PST

    For problems with sex, psychosexual therapy (PST) is very effective. Sessions involve only talking, but I give you exercises to do at home. Most problems are rooted in the relationship and are better tackled if you and your partner come to therapy together.

    PST can help with:

    • erectile problems

    • rapid ejaculation

    • delayed ejaculation

    • loss of desire

    • inability to orgasm

    • vaginismus

    • dyspareunia

    • anxiety around sex
